One of the best contributions to the thermoforming industry, is the evolution of Automatic Roll Fed Vacuum Forming machines from Wonderpack. These machines are versatile and can be easily adapted to process all major thermoplastic material. The material is fed to the machine in roll form where it is conveyed to the heating station by roll chain. As soon as the material is heated to the required temperature it comes to the forming station where the sheet is vacuum formed to the desired article. The stroke is then cut automatically. Plug assist facility is provided in the machine.
