Keeping this in mind, Wonderpack Industries offers fully automatic shrink wrapping machines (web sealer) in technical collaboration with world leader Samsapack, Italy. The system is fully automatic with pneumatic pusher, websealer and shrink tunnel with cooling zone. The pneumatic pusher pushes the product at the web sealing station, where the film from top and bottom rolls, unwinds and wraps the product forming a loose tube around the product. The product is then dispensed into the heat zone where the film is shrunk tightly around the product.
